  • Firm Registration Certificate
  • VAT/PAN certificate
  • Partnership Deed
  • Memorandum and Articles of Association


Documents Regarding Income Source
  • Balance sheet of latest Fiscal Year
  • Profit & Loss Account of latest Fiscal Year
  • Projected financial statements(balance sheet & P/L account)
  • Business plan (for business loan)
  • Rental Agreement, if any
  • Salary Certificate (in case of salaried individual)
  • Copy of Blue Book and Route Permit (for vehicle income)
  • Bank statement (for at least 6 months)
  • Proof of remittance income, if any
  • Vehicle hiring agreement, if any
  • Tax clearance certificate,(in case of business entity)

  • Blue Print/Trace Map
  • Tiro Tireko Rasid (land revenue receipt)
  • Copy of approved building map
  • Copy of construction permit certificate
  • Copy of construction completed certificate
  • Boundary Demarcation( charkilla)
  • Property transfer deed i.e.Rajinma /Anshabanda /Bakaspatra paper etc.
